How to manage or cancel subscriptions (Google Play)

Google Play manages subscriptions purchased on Android.

Manage or cancel

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

3. Select "Moments" from the list.

4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Restore subscription in the app

• After cancelling or re-subscribing, open Moments and go to Settings > Purchases > Restore purchase to sync the app with Google Play.

Refunds

• Refunds for Google Play purchases must be requested through Google Play. Use play.google.com and look for your order in Purchase History to request a refund.

• If you prefer, get in touch with us at support@momentscountdown.app and we can perform the refund for you. This option is only available for Android / Google Play users.

Verification

• Google Play will show the subscription status; in Moments, Pro will remain active until the paid period ends.
