If Moments Countdown crashes when you open it, freezes during use, or becomes unresponsive, these steps resolve the issue in most cases.
This clears any stuck process without deleting your data.
Clearing the cache removes temporary files that can sometimes cause instability. Your countdown data is not affected.
An older version of the app may have a bug that's already been fixed:
A full restart clears temporary system issues that can affect app performance. After restarting, try opening Moments Countdown again.
If none of the above works:
Before uninstalling, check whether your countdowns are backed up or synced -- make sure to be logged in. If the app stores data locally without being logged in, reinstalling will delete your events. Check the app's Settings for any backup or export option before proceeding.
If the app still crashes after reinstalling, please contact support with your device model, Android version, and a description of when the crash occurs.
